I'm originally from Peterborough, New Hampshire, but moved around a lot from 1st grade through high-school (my step-father was in the Air Force) before eventually going to high school in Trumansburg, NY. Eventually I went back to New Hampshire to go to college.
I studied Studio Art at a time when the internet was just barely starting to get real use, and quickly came to realize that what I wanted to do involved computers, originally thinking I wanted to do print layout. Then I got an internship at a company that made CD-ROMs and websites.
From there it was all downhill, rolling from Adobe PageMill to the brand-spanking-new Dreamweaver 1.2, eventually on down to hand-coding with XHTML and CSS. Learning my own PHP, ColdFusion, MySQL, etc. so I could do some work independently or alongside other developers and programmers. And now here I am.
Eventually in the fall of 1999 I moved from Henniker, NH, to Annapolis, MD, to find better job options and I've been here ever since.
I currently live in Annapolis with my girlfriend Andrea, a rabbit named Sidney and a Victorian Bulldog puppy named Bailey.
